• Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

• Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the product's purchase price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a BraidStop error.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
